We’re two surfers from the UK who, over the years, have spent way too many hours on public transport, coaches, Ubers, and buses just to get to the beach—sometimes all in the same day. Every now and then, we'd manage to beg (or bribe) a friend with a car to join us, but more often than not, it was back to the endless cycle of trains, buses and Ubers—definitely not the ideal way to start a surf day. Out of these struggles, the idea for Drop-in was born: to connect surfers, share rides, and make getting to the beach way more fun, easy, and affordable.
The social butterfly. Always checking the surf forecast and rallying friends into the water. Believes the surf community can drive change — literally.
The builder. Codes at night, surfs at dawn. Wants to connect the UK surf scene with fewer empty car seats and no surfer left landlocked.
To make surf travel smarter — by reducing our footprint, saving on costs, and creating a ride-sharing culture that’s laid-back and inclusive.
