We're sorry to see you go! This page explains how to request deletion of your Drop-in account and associated data.

How to Request Account Deletion

Option 1: Email Request (Recommended)

Send an email to our support team with your deletion request:

Option 2: In-App Login Deletion

You can delete your login credentials immediately through the app:

• •Open the Drop-in app
• •Go to Profile → Settings
• •Select "Delete Account"
• •This will delete your login credentials immediately
• •You won't be able to log back in
• •For permanent data deletion, email us separately

What Data Will Be Deleted

When you request account deletion, we will permanently delete:

• •Your profile information (name, email, phone number)
• •Your account credentials
• •Your ride history and bookings
• •Your messages and conversations
• •Your profile photos and verification documents
• •Your payment information (stored by Stripe)
• •Your location data and ride preferences
• •Your app usage data and preferences

What Data May Be Retained

Some information may be retained for legal or business purposes:

• •Transaction records (required for tax purposes) - 7 years
• •Safety and security incident reports - 2 years
• •Fraud prevention data - 1 year
• •Anonymized usage statistics (no personal identifiers)

Two-Step Process

Step 1: Delete your login credentials immediately through the app. This removes your ability to access the account.

Step 2: Email us to request permanent deletion of your data. This ensures you can recover your account if you change your mind.

Data deletion requests are typically processed within 30 days. You will receive a confirmation email once your data has been permanently deleted.

• •Downloading any data you want to keep
